A) OIL PALM PLANTATION:

The plantation is situated on a 30 hectare of land. The palms were planted in 2010, 2012 and 2014. The seedlings were bought from NIFOR while the rest were donated by IITA. The palm fruits are processed at the farm mill in Abiriba, Ohafia LGA of Abia State.

B) CASSAVA:

We have many varieties (species) of cassava in our farm including the latest developed species 96-03-07, 92-0057 and 419. these are developed by the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA).

We plant the following species of cassava, TME 92/0057, TME 92/0326, TME 96/0304, TME 98/2010 and TME 419

C) PINEAPPLE ORCHARD:

There are about 80,000 stands of pineapple planted all seasons in our farm. These are queens and kings pineapple. We market them locally and would be interested to compete in the international market.

D) PLANTAIN AND BANANA PLANTATION:

We have about 6,000 suckers of plantain and banana of different varieties planted in the farm. And a reticulation of water system that waters the farm in the dry season to keep the plantain healthy and maintain good yields.
